April 20, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 10:00am on day Third of the month, repeating until December 15, 2022
Experimental Wednesday at Eau Brink Studio is a fabulous day where you can play around with your stitching to create new art works.
This week we are working on making backgrounds using Mulsin, tissue papers, paint, cling film or very cheap sandwich bags, plus other items.
Anita is on hand to help you on your way with what ever medium you wish to use.
You may want to play with colour or use different stitches for your art. Maybe a combination of traditional and modern stitching, Paper and fabric or how about dyeing and painting before you stitch into your work?
If you prefer to have an end result in mind that’s okay as well as just seeing where the experience takes you.
This workshop is designed for you to be able to continue to work on a project or start a new one.
Materials are not included , However, if you wish to have a go at something new just let Anita know in advance and she will help you with a materials list or let you know if it is something already in stock for you to use.
It is set in a lovely rural situation just off the A47 and you can join Anita there where she will teach you to make all kinds of textile art in safe regulated conditions that include:
Restricted numbers to ensure safe social distancing.
Track and trace is in place.
