What is better than making your own cushions? I love the feel of the fabric and the satisfaction of putting in a zip. Envelope backs are not for me.
When teaching basic sewing one of the first things I get a learner to do is make a cushion cover. Cutting the fabric, putting in the zip and sewing it all together. Sounds simple if you know what your doing but for someone who is learning it can be a little daunting. But once you get going it is easier than you think.
We have a large selection of fabrics which are made into kits. Many colours and designs are available.
These kits make fabulous gifts for someone new to sewing.
