Stitch and Create at Eau Brink Studio is a fabulous day where you can play around with your stitching to create new art works.

Anita is on hand to help you on your way with what ever medium you wish to use.

You may want to play with colour or use different stitches for your art. Maybe a combination of traditional and modern stitching, Paper and fabric or how about dyeing and painting before you stitch into your work?

If you prefer to have an end result in mind that’s okay as well as just seeing where the experience takes you.

This workshop is a continuation from Experimental Wednesday so you can continue to work on a project or start a new one.

Materials are not included , However, if you wish to have a go at something new just let Anita know in advance and she will help you with a materials list or let you know if it is something already in stock for you to use.

Bringing our work to the public through a series of events to show how to move your practice

As a group of individuals we are all working on our own skill set and look to push the boundaries to explore a technique or subject to its persevered limits.

At our exhibitions you can see everything connected with the subject including the rejected pieces. Talking to the artists will give you an insight into their world.

This is a group of ten and at this time is full. If you wish to join us when a vacancy arises please get in touch on [email protected]

Print and Make with Alison Hulme will once again be at Eau Brink Studio.

This exciting two day workshop will ensure that you take home with you a huge amount of printed fabric.

Also you can finish a cushion, a apron or a bag on the second day.

Print and MakeAlison is famous for her pinnies and can be found at most of the big fairs such as Knitting and Stitching shows.

If you think you cannot print onto fabric using Acrylic paint think again.

You can turn up without any experience and go home with your head buzzing with ideas.

Alison will help you co-ordinate your colours and designs.

You get to use her large collection of Thermofax screens to create your fabrics.

It is a great two days of fun and laughter.

Of course I will be baking so there will be scrummy cake as well as fruit and lots of hot drinks.

Whats not to like?

Book early as places are limited.
